Who handles your information
Surrey AI is the website brand of SURREY AI LIMITED (company number 17524542), the service provider and data controller. Our business correspondence address is Anthonys, Woking, GU21 4YE. For enquiries about your information, email [email protected].
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, email address, message, preferred reply method and any business name or phone number you choose to provide. A phone number is needed if you request a phone reply. The service providers involved may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs.
Why information is used
To respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable services, prepare a proposal where requested and protect the form from abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, managing those conversations and preventing spam or abuse. We use the information needed for these purposes and consider your rights and reasonable expectations. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may also process information necessary to take those steps.
Who receives it
The form sends information to Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, for processing and email delivery. Messages are delivered to our Microsoft 365 email account supplied through GoDaddy. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request and security information to deliver and protect the site.
Web3Forms uses infrastructure and spam-protection providers and may process information outside the UK. Its published policy describes international-transfer safeguards, including contractual safeguards, and its processing arrangements. Our selected submission-retention period is described below. How long it is kept
For enquiries that do not become paid work, we delete enquiry emails from our mailbox 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Web3Forms is configured to automatically delete new submissions one year after submission. Submissions created before this setting was applied are reviewed separately and deleted in line with the one-year policy. Deleting a Web3Forms submission does not delete the corresponding email from our mailbox. If your enquiry becomes paid work, we explain the retention arrangements for relevant client records as part of the engagement. Records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and similar technology
We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website, and its own code does not store information in your browser. Cloudflare and our form provider may process technical information for delivery and security. Visiting an external provider’s website is subject to that provider’s own cookie and privacy information. We will update this notice if we introduce additional tracking or form integrations.

Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client or employee records through this form. Contact us first if your enquiry requires a secure way to share documents.
